If you love fruit art then you will love these vintage plates from the William Coxe Manuscript dating back to the 1830's.
The following images are from the second manuscript volume which consists of an atlas of life-size, watercolor plates of fruit on Bristol-board, painted by Coxe's daughters. The watercolor plates are cut out from the Bristol-board and fastened to the leaves of the book, then each name is handwritten in pen above the illustration.
You can use these free images for any craft project or print and frame them. Get creative and make something fabulous! These are great as junk journal insert pages, or to use as kitchen art pieces.
